If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately. yo999 is not liable for losses resulting from account compromise where the user shared credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on yo999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

5 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on yo999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform — in the sportsbook for cricket, PSL, football and other sports, and within each game title in the casino and game lobby.
For sports betting, the following general principles apply:
- Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. During live T20 and PSL matches, markets may be suspended temporarily while key events (wickets, boundaries, DRS reviews) are processed.
- yo999 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed after an event outcome was already determined, or if a pricing error occurred that clearly does not reflect genuine market odds.
- If an event is abandoned, postponed or not completed within the stated timeframe, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport displayed on the platform.
- Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the event.
For casino games, live casino and fish games, the rules of each individual game apply. RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games produce genuinely random outcomes. Live casino games are hosted by real dealers and streamed in real time. yo999 does not influence game outcomes.
6 Bonuses & Promotions

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on yo999. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or play games.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other users or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit or wager on the platform — yo999 takes its obligations against money laundering seriously and monitors transactions accordingly.
- Attempting to access, tamper with or interfere with any part of the platform's systems, databases or security infrastructure.

8 Account Suspension & Closure
yo999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred, or that account verification requirements have not been met.
When an account is suspended, the user will typically be notified by the support team with an explanation and, where applicable, the steps required to resolve the situation. In cases of serious breach — such as fraud, match manipulation or underage use — accounts may be closed immediately without prior notice.
Users may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal using the user's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out upon voluntary closure.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the yo999 platform — including but not limited to the yo999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of yo999 or its licensed content partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission from yo999.
